What do I need to connect my WhatsApp?
A number on WhatsApp Business and a Facebook account with access to your business. The connection happens in Meta's official window, with one click, without copying keys.
Can the assistant say something I do not want?
You tell it who it is, what it knows and what it must not promise. It also has fixed rules: it does not invent prices or hours, does not ask for sensitive data and says when a person should answer instead. And you can take any conversation at any moment.
Can it message people who have not written to me?
Yes, with the templates Meta approves and only to people who gave their consent. Every campaign waits for your signature before leaving, and whoever asks to stop is left out automatically.
